Your privacy matters. This policy describes how we handle information across the LaneDeck website and platform.
1. Who we are
LaneDeck is an operations platform for owner-operator carriers and small fleets, operated by LaneDeck Logistics, Inc. ("LaneDeck", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through our website and application, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Operational data: loads, customers, drivers, rates, settlements, and related records you enter to run your operation.
Usage and device data: pages viewed, actions taken, IP address, browser, and similar diagnostic information collected automatically.
Marketing data: details you submit through our contact and demo forms, plus campaign attribution (e.g., referrer and UTM parameters).
3. How we use your information
To provide, maintain, and improve the LaneDeck service; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to respond to inquiries and provide support; to send service and, where permitted, marketing communications; and to comply with legal obligations.
4. Service providers
We share information with vendors who process it on our behalf, including authentication, database hosting, application hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
6. Data retention
We retain account and operational data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, then for the period required to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@lanedeck.com.
