Data Processing Addendum

Last updated: June 15, 2026

An overview of how LaneDeck processes data on your behalf. A signed DPA is available on request.

1. Overview

This page summarizes LaneDeck's Data Processing Addendum ("DPA"). It is a template overview; a signed DPA is available to customers on request by contacting privacy@lanedeck.com. Where a signed DPA conflicts with this summary, the signed DPA governs.

2. Roles

For operational data you enter to run your business, you are the controller and LaneDeck is the processor, processing data on your documented instructions to provide the service.

3. Scope of processing

Subject matter: provision of the LaneDeck platform. Duration: the term of your subscription. Nature and purpose: hosting, processing, and making available your operational records. Types of data: account details and the operational data you choose to store. Data subjects: your personnel, drivers, and business contacts.

4. Subprocessors

We engage reputable subprocessors to deliver the service, including application hosting, database hosting, authentication, and email delivery providers. We remain responsible for their processing and require equivalent data-protection commitments.

5. Security measures

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls, and per-tenant isolation. See our Security page for more detail.

6. Data subject assistance

We provide reasonable assistance to help you respond to requests from individuals to access, correct, delete, or export their data, taking into account the nature of the processing.

7. Return or deletion

On termination, your operational data is exportable, and is deleted or anonymized after the period required to meet legal obligations.

8. Contact
