Running weekly settlements

Settlements turn the loads a driver delivered into their pay for the week. Open Settlements and choose Run weekly to compute pay for the open week from each driver's delivered loads and their rate.

Running a settlement moves its loads from delivered to billed. When you pay a settlement, its loads move to paid. If you need to reverse a settlement, voiding it returns the loads to delivered so the next run picks them up again.

This keeps load status and settlement status in sync, so a load is never paid twice and nothing falls through the cracks at week's end.
