Getting your fleet onboarded in an afternoon

Onboarding a new tool usually means a week of data entry. LaneDeck is designed so a small fleet can be up and running the same afternoon.

Start by creating your carrier and inviting your team. Admins, dispatchers, and drivers each get an invite by email and set up their own login — they land in the right role automatically, seeing only what they should.

Add your customers and a rate card or two, then create your first load: pick the customer, set the lane and miles, and the rate. From the loads board you can assign a driver and move the load through its lifecycle as it's picked up and delivered.

When the week closes, run settlements to see driver pay computed from the loads they ran. That's the whole loop — onboarding to dispatch to pay — without leaving one system.
